حذف حساب کاربری معراج

آخرین به‌روزرسانی: ۳۰ مهر ۱۴۰۵ (۲۲ اکتبر ۲۰۲۶)

هر زمان بخواهید می‌توانید حساب معراج و داده‌هایش را حذف کنید. دو راه دارید:

۱. از داخل برنامه (فوری)

در برنامهٔ معراج: پروفایل ← حریم خصوصی و امنیت ← حذف حساب کاربری و آن را تأیید کنید. اگر با اپل وارد شده‌اید، یک بار دیگر با اپل تأیید می‌کنید. حساب و داده‌هایش همان لحظه حذف می‌شود.

۲. بدون برنامه (با ایمیل)

اگر برنامه را ندارید یا نمی‌توانید وارد شوید، با موضوع «حذف حساب» به seyedvahid.mirnezami@themiraj.ai یا mohammadreza.khalilishoja@themiraj.ai بنویسید. از ایمیل حسابتان بنویسید، یا آن ایمیل را بگویید تا پیش از حذف از طریق همان ایمیل تأیید بگیریم. حساب را حداکثر تا ۷ روز حذف می‌کنیم و به شما خبر می‌دهیم.

چه چیزهایی حذف می‌شود

خود حساب (ایمیل و ورود شما)؛
همهٔ داده‌های همگام‌شده: تنظیمات، نشانک‌ها و یادداشت‌ها، اهداف و پیشرفت، سوابق قرائت، خلاصهٔ جلسه‌های تمرین قرائت؛
تاریخچهٔ گفتگوهای «بپرس» و سوابق مصرف آن؛
اتصال معراج به حساب اپل یا گوگل شما، اگر با آن‌ها وارد شده‌اید.

چه چیزهایی برای مدتی می‌ماند

گزارش‌های سرور (که آغاز هر پرسش را دارد) حداکثر ۳۰ روز، سپس خودکار حذف می‌شود؛
گزارش‌های فنی خطای برنامه که هیچ اطلاعات شخصی ندارد، حداکثر ۹۰ روز؛
داده‌هایی که فقط روی گوشی شماست (حالت مهمان، محتوای دانلودشده) تا وقتی برنامه را پاک کنید روی گوشی می‌ماند.

Delete your Mi'Raj account

You can delete your Mi'Raj account and its data at any time, in either of two ways:

1. In the app (immediate)

In the Mi'Raj app, go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you confirm with Apple once more. The account and its data are deleted right away.

2. Without the app (by email)

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email seyedvahid.mirnezami@themiraj.ai or mohammadreza.khalilishoja@themiraj.ai with the subject "Delete my account". Write from your account's email address, or tell us that address and we'll confirm through it before deleting. We delete the account within 7 days and let you know.

What is deleted

The account itself (your sign-in email);
All synced data: settings, bookmarks and notes, goals and progress, reading logs, recitation practice summaries;
Your "Ask" chat history and its usage records;
Mi'Raj's connection to your Apple or Google account, if you signed in with one.

What is kept for a while

Server logs (which include the beginning of each question) for at most 30 days, then deleted automatically;
Technical app-error reports, which contain no personal data, for at most 90 days;
Data that is only on your phone (guest mode, downloaded content) stays there until you delete the app.
